1. What this website is

This website is published by Shenzhen Hongxiangwen Hook & Loop Co., Ltd.. It is a business-to-business information site: it
describes our manufacturing capability and our product range for trade buyers, brands, rental
fleets and distributors.

2. No online sales and no published prices

Nothing on this site is an offer for sale. The site shows no prices because every product is
quoted per project: price depends on specification, material, quantity, packaging and delivery
terms. Any figure discussed by email is a quotation for the specification described in that
exchange, valid for the period stated in it, and is not a retail price.

3. Products, specifications and images

We keep product information as accurate as we can, but specifications, materials, colours and
packaging may change without notice and product photographs are illustrative. Where a detail
matters to your project, confirm it in writing before ordering; the agreed written specification
governs the order. Where a product is made to your design, we manufacture to the drawing and
specification you supply.

4. Minimum order and lead time

Minimum order quantity and lead time vary by product and are confirmed per project. Sample
lead times and production lead times stated anywhere on this site are indicative and become
binding only when confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation. Rush schedules are
sometimes possible and are agreed case by case.

5. Enquiries and quotations

When you send an enquiry through this site you confirm that the information you give is
accurate and that you are entitled to send it. A quotation is not an order, and an order only
exists once we confirm it in writing.

6. Website content and intellectual property

All text, images, layout and data on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and
may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Brand names and trademarks that appear on this site, including those of our customers or of
partner brands, remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here describes
work we have carried out and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or licence.

7. Third-party links

Where this site links to another website, we do not control that site and are not responsible
for its content or its privacy practices.

8. Accuracy, availability and liability
