We are a factory — 16 years of manufacturing experience with direct import & export rights. A cross-border e-commerce factory serving European and North American markets directly. No middlemen.
How long has Vertasport been in business?
Founded in Shenzhen in 2010 — 16 years serving Europe and North America.
What product categories do you cover?
Six lines engineered in-house: Trail Running, Pure Running, High Hiking, Elite Biking, Elite Snowsports and Pickleball.

Can you develop a new product from just an idea?
Yes. In-house engineers turn your idea, drawing or sample into a manufacturable product — from design and tooling to prototyping.
Do you handle packaging, labeling and export documentation?
Yes. Export-ready packing, custom labels, clean documentation and global shipping are all standard.
Can I customize products with my own logo and branding?
Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. Custom logos (screen print, sublimation, heat transfer), colors, materials, packaging and labeling. Share your artwork; we handle the rest.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM: we produce to your spec. ODM: we design and engineer the product for you, using our 60+ patents and in-house R&D.
Can you protect my design and IP?
Yes. NDAs on request; drawings, tooling and exclusive designs kept strictly confidential.
What do you need to start a custom project?
A drawing, tech pack, sample or idea — plus target quantity and destination. Our engineers reply with pricing, samples and a production plan.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. Samples ship in 7–15 days; sample costs are often credited back from your first bulk order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ: 100–1000pcs, varies by product. Please inquire for exact quantity. Ready-to-ship (RTS) options also available.
Can I start with a small test order?
Yes — tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable for that product before you commit.
How does wholesale pricing work?
Factory-direct pricing quoted per order by quantity, customization and destination. Request an RFQ — no retail price lists.
What payment methods do you accept?
30% deposit before production, 70% before shipment. T/T and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Flexible terms for long-term partners.
What are typical production lead times?
Samples 7–15 days; mass production 15–30 days depending on volume and complexity. Custom color or logo adds 2–3 days.
Can you handle large volume orders?
Yes — from small test runs to container volumes, with milestone-based scheduling and progress updates.
How do you ensure product quality?
Multi-stage inspection — incoming materials, in-line checks and final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. Third-party inspection available.
What certifications do your products have?
ISO 9001 and BSCI audited. OEKO-TEX, SGS, CE, RoHS and USAPA where applicable. Full compliance documents with every shipment.
Do you test products for real-world use?
Yes — including extreme-environment testing for snowsports gear, under ISO 9001 systems.
How do you handle shipping?
Air and sea worldwide — EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP. We handle export docs, customs and tracking to your port or warehouse.
What does DDP mean?
Door-to-door delivery — we manage freight, customs and duties, so goods arrive at your door with zero logistics hassle.
What after-sales support do you offer?
A dedicated account manager for quality claims, replacements, reorders and next-season development.
How do reorders work?
Tech packs, tooling and artwork stay on file — repeat orders keep the same quality with faster lead times.
