Shenzhen Hongxiangwen Hook & Loop Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “VertaSport”) operates this website. We are a manufacturer of
sports and outdoor accessories based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, and we use this site to
present our products and to receive business enquiries (OEM / ODM and wholesale).

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us, and only through the enquiry forms on this site:

your name
your company name
your email address
the product or project you are asking about, and your message

We also collect standard technical and analytics data automatically (see section 5). We do not
ask for, and do not want to receive, sensitive personal data such as health, biometric or
financial account information through this website.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your enquiry data for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and
communicate with you about the project you contacted us about. Our legal basis is your consent
(which you give when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business
enquiries addressed to us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your
agreement.

4. Who can see it

Your enquiry reaches our sales mailbox and is read by the members of our team who handle
quotations. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf as part of running this
website, including our hosting provider and our email delivery service. They may only act on our
instructions. Where a provider is located outside your country, the transfer is made to operate
the website and handle your enquiry.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our pages. Google
Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location and
device type) on our behalf. It is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete
cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site continues to work.

If you visit the site from an advertisement, an advertising platform may also set cookies so
that we can measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business
relationship, and afterwards only as long as we must keep them for accounting, tax or legal
reasons. After that they are deleted.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy
correct data that is wrong or incomplete
delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
stop or restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
send your data to you or to another organisation in a portable format

Write to sales@vertasport.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the
right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the
top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
